Over the past few years we have created many animated films for Cornwall Council and there partner organisations. When making work for the Council we have to follow their set style and brand guidelines. We keep the animation style minimal as we work with smaller budgets and fast turnarounds also the pre-designed characters don't lend themselves to very dynamic animation.

Presenting information to the general public in an entertaining and recognisable format is important for the Council's relationship with the general public and people who use there services. Work has to be simple and accessible for all who watch. Animations when finished are presented to boards who focus on the wording and legality of the scripts so changes often get made later into the projects.
